Purchase Tickets

Box Office

  • The KCPA Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Ticket Office opens at 1:00 p.m. on the day of an event through intermission.
  • Order by phone at 989-275-6777.
  • An exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will be charged for all exchanges.
  • All Ticket Sales are Final. Refunds are only extended in the event of a cancelled performance or date change.
  • Order Online . Tickets are available until 1:00 p.m. the day of the performance.
  • Order by mail – KCPA Ticket Office, 10775 N St Helen Rd, Roscommon, MI 48653
  • Stop by in person -  Room 110A of the CTC building on the campus of Kirtland Community College.

Payment

  • Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase. Credit cards accepted are Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Checks should be made payable to KCPA or Kirtland Center for the Performing Arts.
  • Tickets purchased in person may be paid with cash, check or credit card.
  • Tickets purchased by mail must be paid with either a check or credit card.
  • Telephone and on-line ticket sales must be paid with a credit card.
  • There is a $1 handling fee applied to each ticket purchased.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • An exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will be charged for all exchanges.
  • All Ticket Sales are Final. Refunds are only extended in the event of a cancelled performance or date change.

Individual Ticket Sales

Individual ticket sales are on a first-come first-served basis two weeks after Build-Your-Own-Season packages are available, so seating may be limited.

Build-Your-Own-Season Ticket Packages:

  • Available to returning patrons beginning July 5, 2011 and to new subscribers beginning July 15, 2011. Just choose your seats for two or more Premium Shows at the regular price and choose the same or similar seats for two or more Value Shows at half-price! Premium show ticket prices are $36 in Sections A & B and $32 in sections C & D.

Family Pricing

Families can chose to attend one of four value shows in 2011-12 at a special price of $50 per group. A family consists of up to five patrons: 2 Adults & up to 3 Children or 1 Adult & up to 4 Children. Section C/D only, based on availability.

Special Discounts

  • It is the responsibility of the patron to notify the Ticket Office of any discounts or coupons at the time of purchase.  Refunds will not be made for prior sales or failure to inform the Ticket Office of a coupon or gift certificate.
  • Current KCC Students and employees may purchase up to two ½-priced tickets for any individual Performing Artist series Value Show in sections C & D only, based on availability. Must have current KCC ID at time of purchase. Additional tickets are available at regular price.
  • A senior discount of $2 per ticket is available to patrons 55 and older in for any individual Performing Artist Series event in sections C & D only, based on availability.
  • Groups of 12 or more may receive $3 off each adult ticket for individual shows in sections C & D only.  No additional discounts will apply. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time a group reservation is made.  Final payment is due in the ticket office 30 days prior to the performance date.
  • Some shows may be excluded.

Emeritus/Honoraria Tickets

Emeritus/Honoraria may request two complimentary tickets, on a per show basis, to each Performing Arts Series event.  Seat selection will be determined by the KCPA Director.  Tickets are to be used by Emeritus/Honoraria only. Tickets can be reserved in advance but must be picked up by Emeritus/Honoraria at the Lobby Ticket Office after 6:00 p.m. the evening of the performance.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets

Please report this to the Ticket Office as soon as possible.  Replacement tickets will be available the evening of the performance at the Lobby Ticket Office. Valid identification and/or proof of purchase may be required to determine seating eligibility.

Cancellations

Programs, dates and performance times are subject to change depending on the artist’s availability.
